How do I book a visit?
Reserve online for guaranteed availability. Walk-ins are welcome based on space.
Is there an age requirement?
- Guests 16+ are welcome with a parent or legal guardian
- Under 18: must be accompanied at all times
- All guests must provide valid government-issued ID and a credit/debit card at check-in
What should I bring?
Bring swimwear for pools and thermal areas. Robes, towels, and lockers are provided. Clean sandals or non-slip socks are recommended. Fusion Spa slippers available for purchase.
Do I need a reservation?
Reservations are strongly recommended, especially for weekends and holidays, to guarantee your spot and a calm guest experience.
Day Passes & Cabanas
What does a Day Pass include?
Full access to all spa amenities, including:
- Indoor/outdoor pools, jacuzzi, cold plunge
- Snow room, heated marble hammam, aroma steam, foot hot stone, Finnish dry, panoramic dry & ganbanyoku saunas
- Banya, infrared & Himalayan salt rooms
- Carbon-rich & silk baths
- Complimentary robe, towels, toiletries, secure locker
Treatments, dining, slippers, and retail purchases are additional.
How long can I stay with a Day Pass?
- Mon–Fri: $80 for up to 5 hours of access; $15 per additional hour.
- Sat–Sun & Holidays: $95 for up to 4 hours of access; $15 per additional hour.
- Early Bird (Mon–Fri, 10:00 AM–12:00 PM): $65 for up to 5 hours of access under the Early Bird rate. Guests must arrive before 12:00 PM; otherwise, an additional charge will apply.
Do you offer private cabanas?
Yes. Private indoor cabanas for 4–6 guests are available ($200 plus $50 per extra hour). Book a cabana.
Can I arrive early or late?
Check in up to 15 minutes before your reservation. Arriving more than 4 hours late may result in denied entry without refund.
What intake forms are required?
All guests must complete required intake and consent forms before entry.
Reservations, Cancellations & Modifications
How do I book a visit or treatment?
You can reserve your Day Pass, treatments, and cabanas quickly and securely through our online booking page. Walk-ins are welcome if space is available, but we recommend booking in advance for the best experience.
Can I modify or cancel my reservation?
Yes. To change or cancel your booking, email info@fusionsparesort.com at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. Your request is considered received only when you get confirmation from our team or the system. Some reservations may have unique terms, so please review your booking confirmation for details.
What is your cancellation policy?
- Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your booking to avoid charges.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of your booking or no-shows will be charged in full.
- Bookings made less than 24 hours in advance are not eligible for cancellation or rescheduling.
How will I know if my modification or cancellation is confirmed?
You will receive a confirmation email once your request has been processed. If you do not receive confirmation within a reasonable time, please contact Guest Services directly.
Can I transfer my reservation to someone else?
Contact our team for assistance. Transfers may be possible depending on the situation.
What if Fusion Spa & Resort cancels my booking?
If we must cancel or modify your reservation, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered alternatives or a full refund.

Should I book treatments in advance?

Spa Etiquette, Safety & Policies
What should I wear?
Robes are required in spa and restaurant areas. Spa is barefoot-friendly, but we recommend clean sandals or non-slip socks.
Are phones allowed?
Phones and cameras are not permitted in locker rooms or sauna areas. Their use is allowed only in the restaurant. Between your experiences, we invite guests to take a quick photo for social media in the designated permitted areas.
Can I bring my own alcohol?
Outside alcohol is not permitted. Alcoholic beverages, such as beer, may be purchased on-site with a valid ID.
Is smoking or vaping allowed?
No. Fusion Spa & Resort is entirely smoke- and drug-free, including tobacco, cannabis, and vaping.
Can I pour water on sauna rocks?
No. Pouring water on sauna ovens/heating elements is prohibited and may result in removal or financial liability.
Personal Belongings & Liability
Do you provide lockers?
Yes, complimentary secure lockers for every guest.
Is Fusion Spa & Resort responsible for lost items?
No. Please keep valuables secure; we are not liable for lost or stolen items.
What happens if I damage property?
