Spa Access & Treatment Policy

Day Pass & Treatment Policy

        • All massage and body scrub treatments require a discounted $50 Day Pass, granting full access to amenities prior to your service.
        • The Day Pass includes: warm and cold therapies, saunas, specialty wellness rooms, hydrotherapy pools, and our marble hammam.
        • The Day Pass is designed to be enjoyed before your treatment. Oils from post-treatment may damage facilities or interact with water-treatment chemicals.
        • Showering with soap is required after any massage, body scrub, or oil-based treatment before re-entering pools, saunas, steam rooms, or bathing facilities.
        • Oils, scrubs, and lotions are not permitted in communal bathing areas.
        • We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a pristine and elevated spa environment.

Arrival & Access Guidelines

        • For the best experience, please arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment to allow for check-in, changing, and a refreshing shower.
        • Access time begins upon check-in.
        • Late arrivals may result in a shortened or forfeited session.

Cancellations & Payments

        • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the appointment: no fee.
        • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice: charged 50% of the treatment cost.
        • No-shows: charged 100% of the treatment cost.
        • Rescheduling within 24 hours: $50 rescheduling fee per service.
        • Full payment is required at the time of reservation with a valid credit or debit card.
        • A suggested 20% gratuity will be added to all Spa Treatments and Rituals. Gratuity may be adjusted at checkout at your discretion. Cash tips are welcome and appreciated.

        • To schedule a massage, body scrub, or ritual, please book online, call, or email.
        • As all treatments begin with the discounted Day Pass, guests with confirmed appointments do not need to purchase additional admission in advance. Extended stays beyond Day Pass access will be collected at checkout if applicable.
        • Reservations are strongly recommended, as availability often fills several weeks in advance. Walk-ins cannot be guaranteed.
        • Each treatment includes a personalized consultation with your provider to tailor the experience to your needs.

Comfort & Modesty

        • Clients are invited to undress to their personal comfort level.
        • Throughout your service, you will be appropriately draped to ensure privacy and uphold the highest standards of modesty.
